At NJPW, we want you to be fully satisfied with your official pro-wrestling gear and collectibles. If your item isn't a perfect fit or arrives damaged, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your NJPW account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, 'Ring-Ready' condition.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Ship the package through your local postal carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed by our warehouse team.
